Kiosks
Informational kiosks have been set up at each site in one or more locations. Each kiosk contains health-related information, employee feedback forms, newsletters, information on upcoming events, etc. The kiosks are updated on a regular basis and are a great resource.
Regular Home Mailings
Newsletters
Newsletters are prepared at least three times per year and are mailed to your home prior to the kickoff event. The newsletters contain articles on wellness topics, as well as updates on the wellness initiatives that are taking place at CCI locations across the country.
Brochures
One or more brochures are developed for each wellness topic. At least one brochure is included with the newsletter that is mailed to your home. These brochures are written in such a way as to provide information, education and a step-by-step approach to helping someone learn about and move toward modifying a given behaviour. They also provide tips on how the workplace environment can be modified to support healthy living. Extra brochures are available in your wellness kiosks.
Employee Feedback
Employees are encouraged to give their feedback to their Wellness Committee members. Located in the wellness kiosks are employee feedback forms, which can be filled out at any time and dropped in the kiosk slot. The Wellness Committee will periodically review these suggestions, and incorporate the recommendations where possible. To guide the program, a sample of CCI employees will be surveyed every two-three years.
