KNOW STROKE - health and wellness initiative update:
You should have received your Health Issues Magazine, Know Stroke, at your home some time ago. Be sure to read the articles to learn more about stroke prevention and enter the "Rack Your Brain" Contest (look for it in the magazine) for your chance to win 1 of 4 Heart Healthy Cookbooks! Contest entry deadline is May 31st, so fill it out and drop if off at the ballot box location at your workplace or mail it in to us (address on ballot).
The Know Stroke Health & Wellness Fair took place at Etobicoke Casting Plant on April 20th. Thanks to all who stopped by to learn more about stroke and heart heart!
There were many great activities going on in the front lobby, including: blood pressure screening, heart healthy snacks, chance to enter to win a prize (iPod), as well as FREE health info and other giveaways.
Keep your eye out for details about the next health fair happening at your workplace. The upcoming initiative is called, "A Time for Change" and will focus on how to stay healthy as you age.

The results are in....here are the individual, team, and Top 10 winners:
1st Place Individual:
